Your honesty is not a product.
Meaningful reflection requires trust. We collect as little as possible, explain every use, and do not turn vulnerable conversations into workplace surveillance.
What we collect
The public site does not ask for an account or collect exercise responses. We may keep limited technical records needed to operate and secure the site. If you previously joined the private-beta list, we may still hold the email address and consent record you provided.
How we use it
We use previously collected email addresses only for communications the person requested. We do not sell them, rent them, use them for advertising, or disclose the list to employers. Services that operate the site and email may process that information only on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask what we have, correct your email, stop messages, or ask us to remove your information. Email hello@healyourracism.com.
Our product boundary
The current self-guided practices use no AI, account, analytics, or transcript storage. The application does not write entries to browser storage or send them to us. Use Clear before leaving on a shared device because browser history, page restoration, downloads, backups, extensions, and clipboard tools may still expose anything you choose to keep. Before an optional model is added, the practice will name the provider, route, retention, deletion, and every field that leaves your device. Employers will never receive an individual’s private reflection.
