Heal Your
Racism
See the pattern without becoming the pattern.

Start with what
brings you here.
One path helps you examine something you thought, said, avoided, or did. Another offers care when racism has harmed you. These are needs, not labels.
Both are free. Both work without AI. Start anywhere, stop whenever you want, and return only when it is useful.

01 / Notice
Slow the first
story down.
Notice the detail that went by quickly, the assumption that arrived first, and who may be carrying the cost. Curiosity helps you look again. It does not erase impact.
02 / Make space
A pause can make
room for choice.
A reaction can be present without choosing what happens next. Pause, notice the first story, and decide what protects dignity here. Leaving an unsafe moment is also a choice.
03 / Rehearse
Try the words
before you need them.
Practice interrupting a harmful comment, acknowledging what you missed, or responding when someone trusts you with the truth. Better language becomes more available through use.
04 / Repair
Impact deserves
a response.
Name what happened without making the harmed person manage your feelings. Make amends where you can, change the conditions that allowed it, and carry the learning forward.

The Heal Your Racism organization will hold the open tools, skills, plugins, and program materials as they are released. It is empty today because we will not publish placeholders and call them a product.
